I Wrought blueberry scones for breakfast!
Here is the recipe:
2 C flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
4 Tbsp butter (or coconut oil)
1 C milk
1 C blueberries
Combine dry ingredients and add shortening. Cut in with pastry knife (or whatever you call that thing). Add milk and blueberries. Mix. Knead dough carefully (just a few times) and cut out into circles. Cook at 425° for 10-15 min. Serve with glaze. (Powdered sugar, vanilla, water)
